Horrible. To start off, the room was as filthy as a teenage boys. The sheets had crumbs from the previous guests stay on at least half the bed. No shampoo conditioner or lotion, which was my 1st time in a hotel not providing them. And the bathroom ceiling had a suspiciously creepy giant cutout on the ceiling directly above the toilet which also just happened to be about a third of the way over the shower too. You could see there was some sort of space with wooden beams and columns and nothing else except the darkness. 100% big enough for any average sized adult to sneak their way around without much effort at all. I can't even explain the hair standing up on the back of your neck kinda unease I felt everytime I was using that bathroom. I could just feel that sensation you get when you can feel someone's staring at/watching you. I'm not making this up and I'm not being dramatic. If you think I'm exaggerating, go see for yourself. Room 118. And I sincerely hope you enjoy your stay!!! 👍

Shower was great for an inn, we got a no-smoking room (a requirement for my health) and the room reeked of smoke and there were cig burns on the bed and blankets. Beds were comfortable, room featured an entire closet, service was great, however we were told checkout was 11AM and housekeeping came into our room at 10:30AM while we were still bringing our personal belongings out to our car. Wish the price was a tiny bit lower but I would stay here again.

Check out is 11am, they’re pounding on my door at 10am for dirty linens. Ummm well the bedding was dirty when I first walked into the room and I slept in a chair. Floor of shower was extremely slippery and I fell. Spend the extra to get a clean room up the street at the better hotel. This was a nightmare and they’re very stand-offish at WMI.

This was one of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed, literally broken plumbing tiles missing. Flimsy flat pillows, burn holes in the bedspreads. Yellow tainted pillows, linens, and towels. Constant yelling and loud noise in the hallways all night long. The earliest checkout I have ever seen at 10:00 a.m.

Like others have said, this was the worst motel I've ever stayed at. The entire building had a strange oder. The room was falling apart and needed repairs, we were there for 3 days, angry not once was out room serviced/cleaned, but then again, it really wasn't clean when we arrived. I would highly suggest you stay elsewhere! On a positve note, the TV worked and the water on the shower was warm.

This was by far the worst motel I have ever been in. The sheets were covered in stains, bathroom covered in hair, and what looked like cigarette burns all over the sheets. The locks on the door were broken. completely unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to be clean and safe for guests. The walls were filthy and stained as well, making it clear that this room hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a very long time.

Book The room through booking.com and it was horrible. Was told it was a double room with double beds for a certain price. Got there and it was only one room with double beds the room was completely disgusting the manager was completely rude rented the room to be able to see my children that came to visit me she completely made us feel unwelcome and said she could kick us out my company left then in the morning the maintenance /housekeeper was completely rude check out is 11:00 it was before 11:00 when he's banging on the door and they would tell him 5 minutes we're grabbing our bags he starts yelling at us I then had to address him as to why is he yelling at me let me close the door and continue to rush to get our bags out it was now 11:03 while we're walking out and now the housekeeper then decided to attack my 16-year-old daughter verbally this place was completely disgusting not cleaned when we got there they were basically not enough towels there was no shower curtain and then I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner they said it does not come with any of that absolutely no hangers the sheet sets on the bed completely had cigarette holes through them there was tape in the shower holding the handle to the shower the rug between the room and the door in bathroom was literally duct taped and we left the room completely clean there were two pizza boxes that I asked the housekeeper can I give this to him as he was trying to enter the room he completely told me to walk across the whole parking lot to go throw it into the dumpster the service completely unprofessional disgusting and disrespectful the manager I spoke with she just did not care when I looked at my receipt that I had asked her for as I was leaving the office I noticed it says check in and check out who was the person that checked you in and checked you out it says a gentleman named Nick but yet this was a Spanish woman who checked us in and checked us out and claimed to be the manager when I asked her
